How it Works

Whether you start in the 3D Configurator or with a design consultation, the goal is the same: design the right outdoor kitchen for your space, finalize the details, and have your Stono delivered ready for installation.

two ways to start

Step 1 – Start Your Design

Step 1 – Start Your Design

Use the 3D Configurator to explore kitchen sizes, layouts, appliances, and finishes.

If you’d rather start with guidance, a design consultation helps you plan the kitchen with a Stono designer.

Step 3 — Approve & Build

Once your design is finalized, your Stono is fabricated to order in our South Carolina facility.

Every kitchen is built to your approved layout, appliances, and finishes.

Fabrication begins only after the design is approved.

Step 4 — Deliver & Install

Step 4 — Deliver & Install

Your kitchen ships nationwide and arrives ready for installation.

Pre-assembled sections allow installers to position and secure the kitchen without a long construction project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I start with the configurator or a consultation?

Either option works.

Many homeowners start in the 3D Configurator to explore kitchen sizes, layouts, appliances, and finishes. It’s the fastest way to see what your outdoor kitchen could look like and understand pricing.

If you’d prefer guidance from the beginning, you can book a design consultation and work directly with a Stono designer to plan the kitchen around your space.

Both paths lead to the same outcome: a finalized design ready for fabrication.

Can I customize the layout and appliance package?

Yes.

Every Stono kitchen is built to order, so the layout, storage configuration, appliances, and finishes are selected for your project.

You can design your kitchen in the configurator or work with our team during a design consultation to refine the layout and appliance package.

When is my kitchen built?

Your kitchen is fabricated after the design is finalized, approved, and payment is received.

Once the layout, appliances, and finishes are confirmed, production begins at our manufacturing partner facility in South Carolina.

Who handles installation?

Installation is typically handled by the homeowner.

Stono kitchens ship in large, partially assembled sections, designed to make installation straightforward without a long construction project. Most homeowners can position, connect, and secure the sections with basic tools.

Installation guides and support are provided to help ensure the process goes smoothly.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes.

Stono kitchens are fabricated in the American South and shipped nationwide.

Once production is complete, your kitchen is packaged and delivered ready for installation.
