What if my product is damaged?
When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. Even if the box is damaged, make sure to record this on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open and check it during delivery but suspect that there is something wrong, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your item(s) turn out to be damaged when opened, kindly email photos of them to support@stonooutdoor.com so we can file a claim and process a replacement or refund.
Important note: To ensure adequate time and probability of successful claim against the delivery carrier or manufacturer, all claims must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
