Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their items at the time of delivery.

  • For freight shipments, inspect both the exterior packaging and the product itself before signing.

  • If damage is visible, note it clearly on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.

  • If you're unable to inspect the product at the time of delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt to preserve your right to file a claim.

  • Take clear photos of any damage to both the item and the packaging.


What if My Product is Damaged?

While rare, damage can occur during transit. If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@stonooutdoor.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • The serial number of any damaged appliance (if applicable)

Delayed reporting may result in your claim being denied.


How We’ll Help

Once we review your damage claim, we’ll determine the best course of action. This may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • A full replacement unit

  • A refund or credit (at our discretion)

Manufacturer Warranties
