Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders of $1,699 or more receive free curbside shipping within the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to charge for or cancel any order where impracticable shipping costs are incurred. Smaller items will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and larger items will be handled with LTL freight services.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Production time for outdoor kitchen islands is currently 15-20 business days.

Orders received on Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day, which is usually the following Monday.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system, and your credit card was approved for purchase.

Orders will ship based on availability. We do not split shipments.

Freight Shipping

The majority of our orders are shipped by third-party freight carriers and you will need to provide a valid phone number at checkout for delivery scheduling. If your order contains an item that is sent on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to arrange the curbside drop-off time.

It is not the responsibility of the driver to bring your belongings inside, or move them to the backyard. Make sure you have people on hand to help if you are unable to carry heavy/bulky items yourself.

Shipping Transit Times

Approximately 90% of our orders are estimated to deliver within 5 business days from when the shipment leaves the warehouse; however, these transit times cannot be guaranteed since they are only approximations based on our past experience.

The delivery time for your product may vary depending on the delivery address, whether you are available to accept shipment, and existing traffic in the carrier's network.

We work with external Freight Carriers to complete deliveries. Once a shipment is collected by the carrier, it is no longer in our hands and therefore, delivery delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Inspecting for Damages in LTL Freight Deliveries

When receiving Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight, it's vital to inspect the packaging for any damage thoroughly. Look for signs such as tears, punctures, or water damage. Ensure all shipping labels and documentation are intact. If possible, inspect the contents of the shipment while the delivery driver is present.

If you detect any damage, document it carefully. Take clear and detailed photos of the damage from various angles. Note the specific nature and extent of the damage in writing. These records will be crucial for the claims process.

What To Do If There Is Damage

  1. Do Not Unload Completely: If the damage is severe, avoid unloading the entire shipment to keep the evidence intact.
  2. Document Completely: Capture comprehensive photos and notes detailing the damage.
  3. Notify the Carrier: Inform the driver of the damage, if possible.
  4. Contact Us Immediately: Report the damage to support@stonooutdoor.com or call 877-800-6238 within 48 hours, providing all documented evidence including photos and notes.

Following these steps ensures we can address the issue promptly and process your claims efficiently. Your cooperation helps us maintain our commitment to excellent service.
